BE@RBRICK Gromit Costume Version [Wallace & Gromit] (400%)

Wallace & Gromit are among the most beloved characters in British animation history. Created by Nick Park and the legendary Aardman Animations studio, the claymation series has delighted audiences worldwide since its first short film, "A Grand Day Out," in 1989. While Wallace, the eccentric, cheese-loving inventor, has the audience in stitches, it's his loyal dog Gromit who, with his quiet intelligence and expressive face—all without a single spoken word—captures the hearts of fans. The collaboration between Aardman and Medicom Toy now brings this iconic character to the Bearbrick stage in an extraordinary costume version.

The BE@RBRICK Gromit Costume Version [Wallace & Gromit] (400%) stands out from classic Bearbrick figures thanks to its unique plush finish. Instead of the usual smooth plastic surface, the entire body is covered in soft, cream-colored plush fur, giving it the feel of a cuddly toy while perfectly capturing Gromit's signature light fur color. His characteristic brown ears sit atop his head, providing a warm contrast to the light base color. Gromit's distinctive large black nose dominates his face, above which sit his round, black-and-white eyes with their unmistakably thoughtful expression. A small brown detail on the back represents Gromit's short, signature tail. The costume concept completely transforms the iconic Bearbrick silhouette into a three-dimensional homage to the beloved animated dog – an approach that goes far beyond a simple print.

Measuring approximately 28 cm, the 400% version makes an impressive statement as a standalone piece. The Costume Version series from Medicom Toy is particularly sought after by collectors, as its elaborate materials and craftsmanship set it apart from the rest. Gromit, as one of the most awarded animated characters of all time – the Wallace & Gromit films have won multiple Oscars and BAFTAs – lends this Bearbrick added cultural value. The combination of high-quality plush material and the distinctive Bearbrick shape makes this model a true collector's item with instant recognition.

Whether as the centerpiece of a Bearbrick collection, an eye-catching display on a shelf, or a gift for die-hard Wallace & Gromit fans – this Bearbrick uniquely combines nostalgic charm with modern toy design.
