Product description

Katsuki Bakugō, also known as Kacchan and by his hero name Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight, is one of the main characters in the internationally successful manga and anime series My Hero Academia by Kōhei Horikoshi. A student in Class 1-A at U.A. High School and childhood friend and rival of protagonist Izuku Midoriya, Bakugō embodies the explosive side of hero training. His Quirk, "Explosion," allows him to secrete a nitroglycerin-like substance from his palms and detonate it at will, creating devastating explosions. The more he sweats, the more powerful his explosions become. He uses this versatile ability not only for offensive attacks but also for aerial propulsion, blinding opponents, and defending himself with shockwaves. At the beginning of the series, Bakugō is extremely arrogant, aggressive, and short-tempered, characterized by excessive praise for his powerful Quirk during his childhood. However, over the course of the series, he develops into one of the strongest students in his class, achieving first place in the UA entrance exam and winning the UA Sports Festival. His greatest development is seen during the Paranormal Liberation War when he discovers his Quirk-Awakening "Cluster"—a technique that allows him to fire multiple condensed explosions simultaneously instead of a single large blast.

This impressive Bearbrick set, available in 100% and 400% scale, depicts Bakugō in his signature hero costume. The head showcases his iconic ash-blonde, wildly spiky hairstyle with gray ears adorned with orange and black explosion symbols. The face displays his characteristically intense gaze with red eyes and a confident grin. The black hero costume, featuring the distinctive orange X on the chest, gray shoulder plates with three black buttons, and a turquoise and orange belt, is meticulously detailed. The arms combine flesh-colored upper arms with black and turquoise-gray forearm guards, while the legs depict the black costume with turquoise and orange accents and the signature white boots with red soles.

For My Hero Academia fans, shonen collectors and lovers of explosive characters, this set is an absolute must-have, perfectly capturing one of the most dynamic heroes of the modern anime era.

Is this Bearbrick already pre-assembled?

Yes, all Bearbricks available at MyBearBrick.de are delivered fully assembled by the manufacturer Medicom Toy and are ready to display. So there's no risk of damaging the model.

What packaging does this Bearbrick come in?

This Bearbrick comes in the official original Medicom Toy packaging (see specifications). This is often a collector's item in its own right and important for preserving the model's value. We take care to ensure secure packaging for shipping to prevent damage during transport.

What material is this Bearbrick made of and how do I best care for it?

Most Bearbricks are made of high-quality plastic (ABS plastic), unless otherwise stated in the specifications. For maintenance, we recommend gently dusting the figure regularly with a soft, dry cloth. On chrome versions, fingerprints should be avoided; cloth gloves may be helpful here. Direct sunlight and high humidity should be avoided to protect the colors and material over time and ensure long-term value retention.

How quickly will my order be shipped and how long will delivery take?

Orders received by 2:00 PM on weekdays (11:00 AM on Saturdays) will be shipped the same day via DHL. Delivery within Germany typically takes 1 to 2 business days. Deliveries to other EU countries or Switzerland typically take 2 to 4 business days. You will always receive a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

How much are the shipping costs for this Bearbrick?

We offer free shipping within the European Union for orders over €75. For orders below this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 for deliveries within Germany and €7.90 for other EU countries. For customers in Switzerland or UK, the shipping fee is CHF 10.00 or GBP 10.00 respectively, with a minimum order value of CHF 75 or GBP 75. We cover all customs duties and import taxes for you.

What payment options do I have?

At MyBearBrick.de you can pay securely and conveniently using various payment methods, including PayPal, Klarna (purchase on account), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express).

What happens if I don't like the Bearbrick or it arrives damaged?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If, contrary to expectations, you don't like a Bearbrick or it's damaged, you have a 30-day free return policy. Simply contact us by phone, email, or chat, and we'll send you a prepaid DHL return label. Once we receive your return, we'll, of course, refund the full purchase price, including any shipping costs.

Will I receive a certificate of authenticity for this Bearbrick?

For all Bearbricks 200% and larger (including 100%+400% sets), we at Zaiser Art Gallery issue an additional Certificate of Authenticity for your records. This underscores our commitment and conviction to offering only genuine Medicom Toy products.

How does the quality and mobility of this model differ from other sizes?

Medicom Toy's production quality is very high across all sizes. Larger models (400% or 1000%) often offer more space for detailed designs. However, the joints vary depending on the size: In larger models (400% and 1000%), the arms and legs usually rotate in a single plane. Smaller Bearbricks (especially 100% and 200%) often have ball joints, allowing for more flexible movement of the limbs.
