Die Gestaltung übersetzt Kyubeys Erscheinung detailgetreu in die Bearbrick-Silhouette. Der Körper ist in einem reinen, fast überirdisch anmutenden Weiß gehalten, das die vermeintliche Unschuld des Charakters perfekt unterstreicht. Am Kopf thronen die markanten, spitz zulaufenden Ohren mit zartrosa Innenflächen, während die auffälligen roten Augen dem Bearbrick jenen unergründlichen, leicht beunruhigenden Blick verleihen, der Kyubey so unvergesslich macht. Ein dezentes Lächeln ziert das Gesicht – trügerisch freundlich, ganz wie in der Vorlage.
